Bank of China Limited is a leading International Bank with Head Office in Beijing, China, seeking competence and qualified person who are able to work independently, for the following positions:

JAKARTA BRANCH:

1. BRANCH DEPUTY MANAGER (BDM)
• Minimum 7 years working experience in Foreign Banks as a Branch Deputy Manager/Manager
• Having managerial level experience in branch banking operations
• Having Marketing experience, both funding and lending
• Familiar with SME lending, such as working capital loan, trade finance, etc

2. COMMERCIAL BANKING UNIT HEAD (CMU)
● Minimum 5 years working experience in Foreign Banks as an Account Relationship Manager and have ability to lead a team with min 2 years as team leader
● Strong network and market knowledge
● Strong communication and customer relationship skills
● Relevant experience in handling Commercial lending

3. CONSUMER BANKING HEAD (CSU)
● Minimum 5 years working experience in Foreign Banks as Consumer/Personal Banking Head and have ability to lead a Team with min 2 years as team leader
● Strong network and market knowledge
● Strong communication and customer relationship skills
● Strong financial analysis knowledge and the ability to interpret all form of financial data including cash flow/forecasts with good sound credit risk assessment skill
● Have ability to set up policy and procedure

4. MARKETING OFFICER (MO)
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Foreign Banks as an Account Officer/ Relationship Manager
• Demonstrate financial analysis knowledge and the ability to interpret all form of financial data including cash flow/forecasts with good sound credit risk assessment skill
• Experience in implementation of SME credit product (such as working capital loan, trade finance, etc)
• Relevant experience in handling syndicated loans and project financing

5. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Banks as Customer Service
• Nice personality and good appearance
• Fluent in Mandarin (both oral & written)

6. TELLER (TL)
• Fresh graduate or 2 years working experience in Banking as a Teller is preferable
• Nice personality and good appearance
• Fluent in Mandarin

7. HEAD TELLER (HTL)
• Min 5 years working experience in Banking as Head Teller
• Have ability to lead a team
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Nice personality and good appearance
• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable

8. LOAN ADMIN STAFF (LAS)
• Graduate from reputable university majoring in Law
• Min 2 years working experience in the same field
• Able to handle all legal documentation and provide Legal advice
• Able to handle syndication loan, contract drafting and legal risk assesment
• Able to handle credit administration operation
• Able to handle BI reporting such as : LBU, LHBU and SID
• Good negotiation skill
• Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin (both oral & written) would be an advantage

9. LEGAL OFFICER (LGO)
• Graduate from reputable university majoring in Law
• Min 5 years working experience in the same field
• Able to handle all legal documentation and provide Legal advice
• Able to handle litigation, contract drafting and legal risk assesment
• Good negotiation skill
• Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin (both oral & written) would be an advantage

General Requirements:
• Minimum S1 degree
• Below 40 years old, Teller Below 27 years old
• Possess good report writing and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Fluent in English both oral and written (candidates with the excellent Chinese language will be priority)
• Computer literate
• With effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Capable to work in minimum supervision , wiling to work hard and under pressure, having high integrity and team work oriented
